GG105X is a high-performance dual-winding chip for PSR chargers, designed mainly for lithium battery chargers. It eliminates the auxiliary winding of the transformer, integrates current sampling resistors, and optimizes system costs. GG105X achieves high-precision constant voltage function through a built-in programmable module, and can directly charge lithium batteries; built-in LED light function, the precise light current point can accurately indicate the charging status. The chip realizes constant current and constant voltage functions by detecting the current and voltage of the primary side of the transformer, and has built-in loop stability compensation, which can omit TL431, optocoupler and auxiliary winding power supply.
The TPS22965x is a single channel load switch that
provides configurable rise time to minimize inrush
current. The device contains an N-channel MOSFET
that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.8 V
to 5.7 V and can support a maximum continuous
current of 6 A. The switch is controlled by an on and
off input (ON), which is capable of interfacing directly
with low-voltage control signals. In the TPS22965, a
225-Ω on-chip load resistor is added for quick output
discharge when switch is turned off.
The TPS22965x is available in a small, space-saving
2-mm × 2-mm 8-pin SON package (DSG) with
integrated thermal pad allowing for high power
dissipation. The device is characterized for operation
over the free-air temperature range of –40°C to
+105°C.

Each processor in this family provides various memory interfaces, including LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, Raw and Managed NAND flash, NOR flash, eMMC, Quad SPI, and a wide range of other interfaces for connecting peripherals, such as WLAN, Bluetooth™, GPS, displays, and camera sensors. The i.MX 6UltraLite is specifically useful for automotive applications such as: • Telematics • Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)
The STMPS2141, STMPS2151, STMPS2161, STMPS2171 power distribution switches are intended for applications where heavy capacitive
loads and short-circuits are likely to be encountered. These devices incorporate 90 mW N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches for
power distribution. These switches are controlled by a logic enable input.
When the output load exceeds the current limit threshold or a short is present, the device limits the output current to a safe level by switching into a constant current mode. When continuous heavy overloads and short-circuits increase the power dissipation in the switch, causing the junction temperature to rise, a thermal protection circuit shuts the switch off to prevent damage. Recovery from a thermal shutdown is automatic once the device has cooled sufficiently. Internal circuitry ensures the switch remains off until a valid input
voltage is present.
The UCC27282 is a robust N-channel MOSFET driver with a maximum switch node (HS) voltage rating of 100 V. It allows for two N-channel MOSFETs to be controlled in half-bridge or synchronous buck configuration based topologies. Its 3-A peak source and sink current along with low pull-up and pull-down resistance allows the UCC27282 to drive large power MOSFETs with minimum switching losses during the transition of the MOSFET Miller plateau.
Since the inputs are independent of the supply voltage, UCC27282 can be used in conjunction with both analog and digital controllers.
The input pins as well as the HS pin are able to tolerate significant negative voltage, which improves system robustness. Input interlock further improves robustness and system reliability in high noise applications. The enable and disable functionality provides additional system flexibility by reducing power consumption by the driver and responds to fault events within the system. 5-V UVLO allows systems to operate at lower bias voltages, which is necessary in many high frequency applications and improves system efficiency in certain operating
modes.
Small propagation delay and delay matching specifications minimize the dead-time requirement which further improves efficiency.
Under voltage lockout (UVLO) is provided for both the high-side and low-side driver stages forcing the outputs low if the VDD voltage is below the specified threshold. An integrated bootstrap diode eliminates the need for an external discrete diode in many
applications, which saves board space and reduces system cost. UCC27282 is offered in a small package enabling high density designs.
The L78M series of three-terminal positive regulators is available in TO-220,
TO-220FP, DPAK and IPAK packages and with several fixed output voltages, making
it useful in a wide range of applications. These regulators can provide local on-card
regulation, eliminating the distribution problems associated with single point
regulation. Each type employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe
area protection, resulting it essentially indestructible. If adequate heat sinking is
provided, they can deliver over 0.5 A output current. Although designed primarily as
fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to
obtain adjustable voltage and currents

Operating from 2.7 V to 16 V over the extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, the TLV27x is a low power, wide bandwidth operational amplifier (opamp) with rail to rail output.
This makes it an ideal alternative to the TLC27x family for applications where rail-to-rail output swings are essential. The TLV27x provides 3-MHz bandwidth from only 550 µA.
Like the TLC27x, the TLV27x is fully specified for 5-V and ±5-V supplies. The maximum recommended supply voltage is 16 V, which allows the devices to be operated from a variety of rechargeable cells (±8 V supplies down to ±1.35 V).
The CMOS inputs enable use in high-impedance sensor interfaces, with the lower voltage operation making an attractive alternative for the TLC27x in battery-powered applications.
All members are available in PDIP and SOIC with the singles in the small SOT-23 package, duals in the MSOP, and quads in the TSSOP package. The 2.7-V operation makes it compatible with Li-Ion powered systems and the operating supply voltage range of many micropower microcontrollers available today including TI’s MSP430.

This circuit consists of two independent, high
gain, internally frequency compensated
operational amplifiers which were designed
specifically for automotive and industrial control
system. It operates from a single power supply
over a wide range of voltages. The low power
supply drain is independent of the magnitude of
the power supply voltage.
Application areas include transducer amplifiers,
DC gain blocks and all the conventional op-amp
circuits which now can be more easily
implemented in single power supply systems. For
example, these circuits can be directly supplied
from the standard +5 V which is used in logic
systems and will easily provide the required
interface electronics without requiring any
additional power supply.
In the linear mode the input common-mode
voltage range includes ground and the output
voltage can also swing to ground, even though
operated from a single power supply
