The STMPS2141, STMPS2151, STMPS2161, STMPS2171 power distribution switches are intended for applications where heavy capacitive
loads and short-circuits are likely to be encountered. These devices incorporate 90 mW N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches for
power distribution. These switches are controlled by a logic enable input.
When the output load exceeds the current limit threshold or a short is present, the device limits the output current to a safe level by switching into a constant current mode. When continuous heavy overloads and short-circuits increase the power dissipation in the switch, causing the junction temperature to rise, a thermal protection circuit shuts the switch off to prevent damage. Recovery from a thermal shutdown is automatic once the device has cooled sufficiently. Internal circuitry ensures the switch remains off until a valid input
voltage is present.
The L78M series of three-terminal positive regulators is available in TO-220,
TO-220FP, DPAK and IPAK packages and with several fixed output voltages, making
it useful in a wide range of applications. These regulators can provide local on-card
regulation, eliminating the distribution problems associated with single point
regulation. Each type employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe
area protection, resulting it essentially indestructible. If adequate heat sinking is
provided, they can deliver over 0.5 A output current. Although designed primarily as
fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to
obtain adjustable voltage and currents

This circuit consists of two independent, high
gain, internally frequency compensated
operational amplifiers which were designed
specifically for automotive and industrial control
system. It operates from a single power supply
over a wide range of voltages. The low power
supply drain is independent of the magnitude of
the power supply voltage.
Application areas include transducer amplifiers,
DC gain blocks and all the conventional op-amp
circuits which now can be more easily
implemented in single power supply systems. For
example, these circuits can be directly supplied
from the standard +5 V which is used in logic
systems and will easily provide the required
interface electronics without requiring any
additional power supply.
In the linear mode the input common-mode
voltage range includes ground and the output
voltage can also swing to ground, even though
operated from a single power supply
MT7606 is a high current precision linear LED driver. The output constant current is programmable by an external resistor. MT7606 integrates high voltage power MOSFET and high voltage power supply circuit, the peripheral circuit is simplified. It can easily pass
EMI without inductor, transformer or other magnetic components, low BOM cost isachieved. The good line regulation keeps input power
constant. The chip integrates thermal regulation function to balance the output power and system temperature. The output current will be reduced while the junction temperature goes higher than the threshold, system reliability is guaranteed
