Description

CS5038E is a CMOS process !boost switching regulator, which mainly includes a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, an error amplifier. a phase compensation circuit, and a PWMIPEM switching control circuit. CS5038E built-in MOSLesign, only 12 peripheral components, simple peripheral circuit, can maximize the reliability of the power module and avoid the complexity of the power module design. CS5038E can provide up to 22V constant voltage output; it can ensure load stable operation under 10 average current. It can be applied to all kinds of terminal equipment with starting voltage as low as 2. 5V and wide working voltage range of 3V-16V. The CS5038E offers the package type of ESOP16 with a rated operating temperature range of - 40 °C to 850
