PMIC SDC5091MUTR SDC5091MUTR-E1 SDC5091MUTR-G1 SDC5091MUTR-G primary-side PWM constant power IC chip Specification : SDC5091M is a primary-side PWM constant power chip, mainly suitable for secondary-side feedback flyback charger power supply. SDC5091M internally integrates a 700V power tube, high-voltage starting resistor and CS sampling resistor. The peripheral circuit is simple and is more suitable for compact charger design. SDC5091M adopts internal self-power supply, and the transformer design eliminates the need for additional components for the auxiliary winding to adapt to the wide output voltage range of 3.3-20V. SDC5091M is designed with VDD hold mode to adapt to the dynamic adjustment process of the output voltage. SDC5091M has a constant power function under different output voltages to avoid charging interruption due to excessive charging power during the charging process. SDC5091M also has cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), output short circuit protection (OLP), internal temperature regulation function, VDD overvoltage protection and open loop protection.
