The CH32V003 series is an industrial-grade general-purpose microcontroller based on the Qingke RISC-V2A core. It supports a 48MHz system clock frequency and features wide voltage range, single-wire debugging, low power consumption, and an ultra-small package. The SD4947 is a DC-DC converter control chip for buck switching power supplies, driving external MOSFETs. The SD4947 features integrated high-voltage supply for fast startup, adaptive frequency reduction to further optimize conversion efficiency under light load conditions, and built-in frequency dithering to optimize EMI. The SD4947 also integrates various abnormal state protection functions, including: cycle-by-cycle peak current protection, VDD overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, output overload protection, output overvoltage protection, and overtemperature protection.
The M3406 is a constant frequency, current mode
step-down converter. The device integrates a main
switch and a synchronous rectifier for high
efficiency without an external Schottky diode. It is
ideal for powering portable equipment that runs
from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+) battery. The
output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V.
The M3406 can also run at 100% duty cycle for
low dropout operation, extending battery life in
portable system. This device offers two operation
modes, PWM control and PFM Mode switching
control, which allows a high efficiency over the
wider range of the load.

CW1353 series, a lithium battery protection chip with built-in high-precision detection and delay circuits, suitable for 45-cell lithium-ion or lithium polymer battery packs. It provides overcharge detection, over-discharge detection, overcurrent detection, equalization, open-circuit detection, and high/low temperature protection during charging and discharging. The CW1353 has a built-in MOSFET driver function, supporting external PWM signals to control the DO terminal output via the DCTRL terminal, enabling motor speed control and soft-start functions.

The CL4056D is a standalone linear Li-ion battery charger with ESOP8 package. With few external components, CL4056D is well suited for a wide range of portable applications. Charging current can be programmed by an external resistor. In standby mode, supply current will be reduced to around 35uA. When the input voltage is disconnected, CL4056D enters the sleep state, and the battery leakage current will drop below 1uA.
Other features include UVLO, automatic recharge, charge status indicators and thermal regulation.
