"description": "The TPS65150 device offers a very compact and\nsmall power supply solution that provides all three\nvoltages required by thin film transistor (TFT) LCD\ndisplays. With an input voltage range of 1.8 V to 6 V\nthe device is ideal for notebooks powered by a 2.5-V\nor 3.3-V input rail or monitor applications with a 5-V\ninput voltage rail. Additionally the TPS65150 device\nprovides an integrated high current buffer to provide\nthe VCOM voltage for the TFT backplane.\nTwo regulated adjustable charge pump driver provide\nthe positive V(VGH) and negative V(VGL) bias voltages\nfor the TFT. The device incorporates adjustable\npower-on sequencing for V(VGL) as well as for V(VGH).\nThis avoids any additional external components to\nimplement application specific sequencing. The\ndevice has an integrated high-voltage switch to\nisolate V(VGH).\nThe same internal circuit can also be used to provide\na gate shaping signal of V(VGH) for the LCD panel\ncontrolled by the signal applied to the CTRL input.\nFor highest safety, the TPS65150 device has an\nintegrated adjustable shutdown latch feature, which\nallows application-specific flexibility. The device\nmonitors the outputs (V(VS), V(VGL), V(VGH)); and, as\nsoon as one of the outputs falls below its power good\nthreshold, the device enters shutdown latch, after its\nadjustable delay time has passed by.\n",
