Description

NS6322 is a synchronous step-down power supply tube that supports high-voltage input. The chip can achieve a continuous current output of 2.4A in a wide input voltage range of 4~30V. NS6322 has excellent constant voltage/constant current (CC/CV) characteristics. NS6322 adopts the loop control principle of current mode to achieve fast dynamic response. The working switching frequency of NS6322 is 130kHz, which has good EMI characteristics. In addition, the chip contains multiple protection functions: over-temperature protection, loss Out-of-out short-circuit protection and input undervoltage/overvoltage protection, etc. NS6322 meters use SOP8 standard sealing bag.
