The BP3286J is a high-efficiency, high-PF LED driver chip that supports SCR dimming. Operating in inductor current critical continuous mode, it is suitable for Buck-Boost LED driver power supplies. The BP3286J integrates a 600V power switch and employs a patented gate drive and high-voltage power supply method, requiring very few external components to achieve excellent constant current characteristics, significantly reducing system cost and size. The BP3286J features multiple protection functions, including LED open-circuit protection (overvoltage protection), LED short-circuit protection, and chip temperature overheating regulation. The BP3286J is packaged in an SOP-8 package.
