Description

Cs5038E is a CMOS technology upgrade-type switch stabilizer. It mainly includes a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, an error amplification diagram, a phase compensation circuit, and switches the control circuit through PWM/PFM. The design of CS5038E's built-in MOS only requires 12 peripheral components and a minimalist peripheral circuit, which can maximize the reliability of the power module and avoid the complexity of the power module design. CS5038E can provide a constant voltage output of up to 22V: it can ensure the stable operation of the load under an average current of up to 10A. The starting voltage of 9 as low as 2.5V and the 9 wide working voltage range of 3~16V can be applied to all kinds of terminal equipment as much as possible. CS5038E provides the packaging type of ESOP16. Its rated working degree range is -40°C to 85°C.
