The SD4947 is a DC-DC converter control chip for buck switching power supplies, driving external MOSFETs. The SD4947 features integrated high-voltage supply for fast startup, adaptive frequency reduction to further optimize conversion efficiency under light load conditions, and built-in frequency dithering to optimize EMI. The SD4947 also integrates various abnormal state protection functions, including: cycle-by-cycle peak current protection, VDD overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, output overload protection, output overvoltage protection, and overtemperature protection.
