NS6322 is a synchronous step-down power supply tube that supports high-voltage input.
The chip can achieve a continuous current output of 2.4A in a wide input voltage range of 4~30V. NS6322 has excellent constant voltage/constant current (CC/CV) characteristics. NS6322 adopts the loop control principle of current mode to achieve fast dynamic response. The working switching frequency of NS6322 is 130kHz, which has good EMI characteristics.
