The CL4056D is a standalone linear Li-ion battery charger with ESOP8 package. With few external components, CL4056D is well suited for a wide range of portable applications. Charging current can be programmed by an external resistor. In standby mode, supply current will be reduced to around 35uA. When the input voltage is disconnected, CL4056D enters the sleep state, and the battery leakage current will drop below 1uA. Other features include UVLO, automatic recharge, charge status indicators and thermal regulation.
